You'll never use another Agent! In 2015 I had just moved my wife and 4 children 1,200 miles and Zac understood the unique challenges we faced. The house we purchased back then, he also helped us sell 2023 and get the best sale price we could have gotten. Zac's knowledge and work ethic is well above average, his negotiation skills are legit and he will fight for you too.

I wish I could buy another house just to work with Zak again. He was knowledgeable about the real estate process and has a construction background as a bonus. He is down to earth and always gave good advice. Zak was able to multitask and communicate with me via many modes during the busiest real estate season of all. He was prompt and available for any showings or questions.
Zac’s style and personality always made me feel well taken care of. Zac is not your typical suit and tie guy. He’s boots on the ground, getting the job done. Highly rated for a reason: he’s the best!

Zachary was great. We are originally from NY and looking for a home in PA. He dedicated complete days, to visit several houses from Bucks to Northampton county. Zac was amazing!!! He helped us sort through a messy false start with another aggressive broker and a trust. Both of my parents had health issues that limited their functionality at times. He and his partner Nicole were kind, patient, highly professional and communicative. He informed us about all the moving parts and always had time to discuss any concerns we had. He took our questions seriously. I couldn't be happier with our choice of a broker. I would recommend him, bar none!!! Go with Zac!

I couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent to sell my house!
I was impressed with the amount of research that he had done prior to our first visit. The recommended sales price was right on target. Zac has his finger on the pulse of the real estate market!

He was extremely professional and I felt that he had my best interest in mind at all times throughout the sales/sold process!
