Zach really took the time to learn exactly what we were looking for and he did a tremendous amount of legwork to preview properties to determine if they would be a good fit for us. He was super patient and kept learning about our desires in a home, with every home we looked at. He really knows the foothill area from Auburn on up. That is what really appealed to us, and he did his homework to know the properties he was showing us. He usually had the answers to our question on the specific property and the area. Rarely did he have to get back to us. Considerate, easy-going, dedicated to doing a great job and pleasing his customers. I would highly recommend Zach to anyone!

Zach helped my husband and I through the process of buying our first home. Going into the process, we thought It would be pretty easy but it wasn’t “quite” as simple as we thought.

Zach is the most friendly and maybe the most patient person I know!!! He is always available and completely open to hearing what you have to say and will give you his honest opinion and full attention! He will continue to listen wholeheartedly when the next day you’re saying something completely different.

Throughout the whole process, we felt like Zach had our back and he even caught a major dent in the air conditioning system that we all completely overlooked. We felt like Zach knew what was going on at all times in the closing process so I was confident he wasn’t going to let us miss any deadlines and we ended up finalizing in record time.

We cannot thank him enough. We recommend him to anyone looking for some peace of mind when buying a home!

Zach was excellent. Patient and willing to go the extra mile. He showed us multiple houses and the same couple of houses we really liked multiple times. The service provided was above and beyond what we would have expected and he really focused on the customer service aspect of the business.
