We have been working with Zach in this crazy pandemic market for over a year to finally find and purchase a house. We went through multiple offers, outbids, acceptances and purchase setbacks until we were able to find the right home. Zach was there to guide us every step of the way. Zach along with his partner Jerry are what I call old school gentleman. They show up in suits ,answer the phone/ texts,and know there bussiness. We were in our home 33 years and they sold it in around 3 weeks. Realtors need to take a lesson from these guys,they definitely kept us at ease during a huge change in our lives. Thank you.

Zachary & Co. made the process of searching and procuring property as easy as possible. When I was contacted by Zachary I was on vacation. Him and his team worked hard to send me ample information for what soon was to be my next apartment. His work flow process was neat and punctual as all the logistics and paperwork was in order the day that I returned. I highly recommend that you work with someone like Zachary as he is not only plugged into the area he works in as to not miss any new properties.
