Zane Fiknany has had the pleasure of doing what she loves since July 2005. She started taking real estate licensing classes as she was finishing the last semester of her business degree at New Mexico State University, and she was up and running shortly thereafter. She has had the opportunity to work in all facets of real estate. She has sold land, homes, and commercial properties all around Las Cruces and Mesilla. The buying and selling of real estate can be challenging as the market changes and laws and regulations impact the field. Those challenges are part of the business, and while sometimes they are frustrating, they do not affect the service she is able to provide her clients. In her mind, her job is not really about the land or the home; it is about people. Helping people achieve their goals, whatever they may be, is truly the heart of her business.
If she is not working, you can find her with her wife and son all over Las Cruces and Mesilla. They enjoy dining out at many of the great local restaurants in the area. They do their best to enjoy all of the sunshine that Las Cruces provides. You can also catch them at almost all the New Mexico State football and basketball games. They are die-hard Aggies fans. They also enjoy participating in many fundraisers for an assortment of charities. Las Cruces is full of good, giving people, and they enjoy playing their small role in making this community the best.
