As Broker-in-Charge at Pawleys Island Realty, Zane leads the firm’s residential sales efforts while building a small, high-performing brokerage centered on leadership, professionalism, and long-term relationships.

Since beginning his residential real estate career in 2016, Zane has worked with buyers, sellers, and families relocating to Pawleys Island, Litchfield, Murrells Inlet, and Georgetown. His approach is straightforward—clear communication, thoughtful strategy, and steady guidance through every step of the process. He believes that successful real estate decisions are not just about property, but about how a home fits into a client’s lifestyle and long-term goals.

Zane’s background in real estate investing and business ownership gives him a practical understanding of the market from multiple perspectives. He has been involved in residential and commercial transactions, investment properties, and long-term portfolio building, allowing him to guide clients with both experience and perspective. After years of building businesses and working in real estate, Zane and his family made the intentional decision to relocate to Pawleys Island. They were drawn to the area’s natural beauty, strong sense of community, and a pace of life that prioritizes time outdoors and meaningful connections. That personal experience now shapes how he works with clients considering a move to the South Carolina coast.

Today, Zane is focused not only on serving clients but also on developing agents and strengthening the brokerage’s sales culture. He is committed to building a team that values professionalism, accountability, and long-term success—both for clients and for the agents who serve them.

Zane and his wife, Carter, are raising their three children on the coast, with two attending Waccamaw High School and one at the University of South Carolina. Outside of work, he enjoys running, hiking, fishing, and spending time outdoors. The family is active in the local community and attends Church at the Abbey.
