I like to think of myself as the happiest real estate agent in San Diego because I love what I do and have a blast working with incredible people. I've lived in San Diego since 1995 and I’ve sold over $80 million worth of residential real estate, not including commercial transactions. While I help all types of buyers and sellers, I have unique experience as an investor who has purchased properties in eight different states (CA, NV, AZ, MO, SD, FL, MS, OH). This gives me a deep understanding of moving across state lines and the nuances of buying or selling as an investor.

Nonprofit organizations hold a special place in my heart. My wife founded an international nonprofit for children with special needs, so I’m familiar with annual reports, grants, donor pledges, and transactions requiring board approval. When I support nonprofits in transactions, they appreciate that I speak "nonprofit" as fluently as I do real estate. I am also passionate about advocating for nonprofits needing assistance with purchases, sales, and leases.

Finally, as a business owner and former CTEC (tax professional) , I enjoy working with corporations, trusts, and LLCs, navigating the distinct paperwork and processes required for business-related acquisitions and sales.
