Zeb started buying properties one at a time over the years. He set a goal to buy one
property per year. These properties have become rental properties. He is an
active real estate investor and enjoys being a housing provider and rental
property owner. As his portfolio has grown so has his responsibilities, manager
skills and vast knowledge of the different real estate markets.

Over the years Zeb has also purchased, rehabbed, and flipped properties. This side hustle has given him a unique perspective on buying and selling for a profit. These
