My husband and I met Zil at an open house many years ago. We were not ready to buy because we lived in Arizona and were planning on moving back to Illinois. During our remaining time in Arizona, Zil would keep us up to date on the housing market by sending us emails with listings of interest to us. When we were ready to relocate we told Zil what we were looking for. Zil took us only to homes that fit our requirements. She did not waste our time showing us homes we would not be interested in. Zil is diligent, thoughtful, helpful, honest, knowledgeable, professional, attentive and more. Zil has become a friend. When we started looking for a house a friend referred me to Zil. We were so lucky to have such a patient and knowledgable realtor. The house we wanted to buy went into short sale, a process that can take months to close. Zil was in contact with me several times a week keeping me informed on what was going on and what the next step would be. She got me connected with an amazing local lender who also worked closely with us and Zil to make this lengthy process come to an end with us moving into our dream house!!!
