Highly recommend!!!! For being first time home buyers I can say it's not easy, we went through 2 different companies and about 3 or 4 real estate agents that weren't meeting our needs. I can say with confidence that Zoram and his team welcomed us with open arms and made our whole experience extremely easy! We found our dream home and all our questions were answered and all our needs were met! Even after the process Zoram still extended his help with any questions or concerns we may have in the future. If youre looking for a comfortable, easy and smooth process Zoram is your guy, he truly cares about what YOU as a client want and need. He is the best agent our there. Zoram and his team are excellent. We have worked with Zoram to complete several buying and selling transactions and he has been more than helpful every time. He has made himself available for any questions and concerns and was always willing to do what was necessary to help us. Every time I had a question I felt I could call him or his assistant and get an answer and assurance to put my mind at ease. Selling and buy houses can be stressful but Zoram and his team helped alleviate some of the stress. Zoram had the connections necessary to get attention and interest in our house and made sure our house was secure during showings. I cannot thank Zoram and his team enough.

I met Zoram in 2012 and 10 years later to be exact. I would recommend this to anyone looking to purchase or sell your a home . I'm glad I decided to give him the opportunity to come through and did he ever. Not only did he go above and beyond, he made it possible so that my wife would have a Birthday to remember! Just 22 days after opening escrow , we were able to step in to our first home. Nice 4 and 2 with a pool. Throughout the whole process Zoram was always available to answer any questions we had or just an update on the situation. The Cortes family will always be thankful. Had a older house with a few issues but wanted to maximize for my return . I was referred by a friend that recently purchase a house with Zoram and Cynthia. They explain how selling the home (as is) to investors would save me time and money without having to worry about the back and forth negotiations with home buyers. Only have to have open house 2 days and I got over 15 showings and I got close to over $30,000 asking price in less than 9 days. Start to finish process was less than 30 days and I got an extra week to move out. Very nice people explained all the little questions I had even if I thought they were stupid.
