We met her knowing very little of her background, but was assured by the other realtor that Zylkia would provide us with the personal and sensitive care that was needed with all the challenges facing us while looking for our forever home. Jerry and I searched for a house for over a year until, after at least 40 showings, we found the one that felt like home. Zylkia Rivera and her team were there for us every step of the way. Someone was always available to show us our choices in our time frame. At no time did we feel any pressure to choose one.

Occasionally we would get frustrated that we weren't finding "the one" and we needed a break. Team Rivera was always patiently waiting until we felt we wanted to start looking again.

When we did find our "home", the team moved swiftly to assist us in submitting a bid. There were also lots of questions not only on the house, but all the layers that go along with purchasing a home. If they didn't have the answers, we knew they would find them in a reasonable amount of time.

Zylkia is by far one of the best real estate agents you could possibly get the chance to work with. She helped me purchase my first house and I couldn’t imagine having anyone else on my side. I most likely would not have had anywhere near as smooth an experience without her. She guided me every step of the way.

A close friend of mine recommended Zylkia to me when I started to seriously consider purchasing a house. I reached out to Zylkia, not really knowing what to expect or do. She replied to me almost immediately. It was my first demonstration of how attentive she is of her clients, and it was an impression that remained true all the way through the end. Even within our first interaction, I got a little sneak peek at Zylkia’s dedication to her profession and her willingness to go above and beyond.

She worked with me and my busy schedule for the four months we actively searched for houses before we found my house. She always accommodated my limited availability to view houses to the best of her ability, and I can’t thank her enough.

When it came to the closing process, I never felt like I couldn’t come to her with my questions, no matter how simple they may have been. From the moment we initially submitted an offer on my house, to the moment we conducted the final walkthrough, and up until I was signing the final closing papers, she was still actively looking out for me. Even now, after all is said and done and she is no longer under any obligation to do so, she has still helped me wrap up two final matters on my house.

Her knowledge and guidance was invaluable to me throughout this entire process and I would most definitely refer and recommend her to absolutely anyone. You’ll have a hard time finding a team better than Team Rivera!
