Everybody and everything in Paideia Academy was great. I wouldn't change anything about that school for anything in the world. I started Paideia Academy in Kindergarten and graduated from 8th grade there too. Through my years there, I never had to worry about not having a support system. Everybody supported everybody and there was always love, support, and determination in everybody.

Don't let this 8/10 Score fool you. This school is nothing but smoke and mirrors. Some of the students can barely read but "surprisingly" do well on district and state mandated tests. Overall, Powell Academy was a decent place for my child's education. With that said, however, Powell Academy was riddle with problems. I spent a few time frustrated. The main problem lies partly with CPS( Chicago Public School) set up. This is a K-8. This is not efficient for the upper grade levels,...
