There seemed to be a lot of homophobia when I attended there - not so much intolerance and hate as much as people being uneasy with it and assuming people who were "weird" were most likely homosexual. Some of this I would classify as just immaturity.

Once I got in trouble for punching another student who made fun of me, but after writing down what happened on a piece of paper for the principal, I was allowed to return to class and never got in any trouble. I also reported 1 of 2 incidents when I saw people doing things against the rules, and when a student bullied me in my 8th grade year I had to go with him to the principal and talk out our dispute and resolve the matter. The only serious incident I ever heard about was several students who were expelled for using painkillers in the bathroom. my 8th grade year.

Eagleview was a good school for the first half. Then they cut our time to get to our first class by 5 minutes. Staff is good but treat their teachers terribly. Teachers do their best and I've never had a bad experience with them. Being an 8th grader in TAG and just starting this school was scary but...

I love the support that this school gives. I think that they cover every aspect that you can think of, from emotional support to academics. It has been a pleasure sending my son to school every day.

I've had kids attending Eagleview for years, but I do think it's gone down recently. The choir program is still outstanding, but the academics have declined. I'm guessing Eagleview is currently doing a decent job at working with kids who are struggling. But Eagleview is not helping or challenging ad...
