Growing up to the Jackson local school district there's so many different things they could've done better diversity keeping the buildings clean and up-to-date caring about the student body and running better for us in the future. If you have any disabled kids, I would not send them there they are harsh and mean to them behind the parents back.

Some of the teachers are not good at teaching. I have had a couple getting ready to retire and it seems as though they have given up. This caused me my first B.

The worst parts of my experiences at Jackson High School is the pressure that comes with being in high school. All the work and social aspects of high school can be really difficult to deal with. However, the best parts of Jackson High School is the support that I receive. Most of the teachers, the students, and faculty all truly care about the mental health and well being of their students. I can't think of any changes that I want.

This school district caters to the wealthy and privileged student. Not our cup of tea. The kids from average income homes can expect bullying. My grandson was treated terribly for not being from a "professional" father/mother. Teachers not responsive to the way some kids are treated.

Great, the teachers are supportive, there is a good arts program, they offer career tech programs to help you succeed in college and/or a future job. As for mentally disabled students they offer specialized classes iep and 504 programs, and even job training.
