Overall, Meridian High is full of down to earth, respectful and intelligent kids. The teachers are invested and experienced and the admin work well with parents. I think the school is slightly lacking in providing more engaging experiences for the kids.

Everyone is very nice for the most part. The teachers look out for you and most of them actually care about your well being. I would like the admission to not be so strict. They never let student council plan fun events. Things that other's school get to do (ex: senior assassin) we don't get to do but every other school in the district is doing it. I love that meridian does have so many traditions though because it's one of the oldest schools.

School spirit is amazing, most teachers are there to help and admin is very involved in the daily life of...

This school may not have the highest rating for "college readiness" but Meridian has many more career/certification pathways that they offer. Career Technical Education classes- a place where many students thrive.

So far I have had one graduate from this school and 2 more are right behind. Other than the one teacher, my kids have all had great experiences here. This school has come a long way and you can feel confident in sending your children here.

I really don't agree with their rule, "no hats or hoods". I mean, come on, it's cold even inside. When I'm cold, I can't pay attention, but sometimes people wear a hat or hood to express themselves; my hood is my personality. Overall, teachers are nice, very friendly. Most students are quite respect...
