I actually really like this Sacred Heart. The teachers care and push you to do your best, which I appreciate. The classes can be challenging, but I feel like I'm learning a lot and getting prepared for college. I've found a good group of friends, and it's a place where people actually want to do well. I started here as a freshman and I'm definitely happy I chose Sacred Heart for high school.

As a sophomore here this is.my fourth year and one thing the school really needs to work on is its diversity and music department. I am one out of 3 students of color in my grade out of 70 something of us. The music department also needs serious funding the school spends so much money on its sports teams that more than half the time don't even make it to championships and refuses to spend money on simple things like choir dresses for the chorus.

I did not have a positive experience at Sacred Heart. I was there from kindergarten to twelfth grade, and since then I have been scarred. Because of how intensely the school cares about Honors and APs, I feel like I am not smart because I was not in many of those classes. I now feel unprepared and i...
