I go to hope and there is only a few little problems, i am a freshman and i have IEP dyslexia, i am being put in classes that have NO freshman in, i tried talking to the school they do nothing about it. another thing is not many "lighter kids" feel comfortable to talk to the "darker kids" because they are very mean and rude, and there is not many "lighter kids." i didn't want to bring up anything about race but, as a lighter tone woman it's uncomfortable to be the only one in a class full off only "darker" and older kids, i struggle with anxiety very bad and when a teacher is making me have to introduce myself and tell them what grade i am in and feeling all of there eyes on me, its very uncomfortable. And there are bugs, like roaches bed bugs etc, there is also mice and rats all over the building. The building is in very bad shape.

My experience at Hope High School is so far something I haven't taken the time to appreciate because of being worried about finishing work and pondering about the future. The pandemic caused my family to have a housing crisis. I had trouble with school during that time but still wanted yo achieve and be apart if the school. In my senior year I wanted to make up for what I haven't done and try something before I can't anymore. I am hopeful that this would all be worth it and my work could pay off.

What I like best about Hope is that the teacher's really push us to be our best. I love the relationships I have built with my team mates and the only things that I would like to see change is a better clean and safe environment
