WE love Rancho. This is our daughter's third year of High School and it has definitely been the Best thus far. Their Sports programs have given her the opportunity to learn to not only be a Team player, but has also shown her how good sportsmanship plays a role in her everyday life, not just out on the field/court.

I think that Rancho Cotate High School was overall a good experience. The fact that it's a larger school has the benefit of expanded resources, facilities, and classes, but the size did not create an impersonal environment.

The teachers at Rancho really connect with the students on a personal level and I think it's one of the best things about Rancho because not everybody is the same. They'll change their teaching just to benefit their students. They'll reach out to you and talk to you about things that others wouldn't care about or wouldn't be able to handle.

I went here in the 90's for 9th and 10th grade and grew up here. It's surprising graduates of the Ranch are even literate. I took my proficiency exam at 16 and somehow passed. When I got to college I had to start at the lowest level math and english classes available. We were rebels, but the classro...

There has been no certified special education teacher at RCHS for 1.5 years!!! Two quit over the summer and they never notified the families. And all of this was after the abysmal excuse for education during 2020 when teachers just didn't teach. Special ed kids (and all kids) need to be in a classro...

Literally the definition of bullying. Coming to school was so miserable and there were times mentally I went to dark places. I get it teenagers are mean. But this was a whole other level of cruel

I have two students in 10th grade and I teach in the district. I had always heard the reputation of Rancho so was nervous about going there but I am so glad we did! There is never anything that is perfect but my girls are incredibly happy there and are learning and growing. They are AP and Honors cl...
