Teachers are terrible a lot of the time. My freshmen year I had a Spanish teacher give everyone 1 letter below the grade they were supposed to get. So If I were to get a B id get a high C. In my English class my English teacher said anyone who doesn't have an A has to take the final. So my English teacher made the final made it impossible to get a A on so everyone who took it got like a 75 on it. My sophomore year I had a Spanish teacher who would let kids throw food around the class and dirty up the room. My junior year I dealt with a Man child of a teacher who constantly picks on students to find entertainment. This school is buns.

My experience at Point Loma High School was full of diverse people and thoughts. The institution offers resources for students to make them ready to college, as great AP classes.

Front Office is always rude. Not helpful. I don't understand why you would put non friendly, non people person in your front office. If I had another option to send my kids, I would. NOT impressed

PLHS offers many options for students that want to learn and value academics. I am impressed with the number of AP: and College Level courses that are available, and is one of the main reasons we attend this school. The academic tract is strong and has a healthy level of competition amongst students...

I can't say enough horrible things about this school. First of all, my son struggles in math. There are no good math teachers. When my son asks the teacher a question they say look in the book. The book gives 1 example and that's it. He has had some good English teachers. My son is a senior this yea...
