My past two years at PHS were average. The people there are relatively friendly but can be very judgmental of people they don't like. For free food, the food was okay. The campus was a bit messy at times but the janitors did their best to keep it clean. Most of the teachers I've had were nice and helped me do well in their classes, but I've heard stories from my friends about other teachers that were awful, both personality and teaching wise. As for the school events and school spirit, it was rather disappointing.

Pioneer high school was great for its time, but is in need of improvement in many areas. I would've loved to see the faculty help prepare us for college, rather than discouraging some students. However, there were some teachers that really made my time at pioneer memorable.

Fantastic school! Amazing teachers, great range of resources for a public school, and sufficient advanced classes. I am a recent alum who is attending a top-20 private university and I am forever indebted to Pioneer High School.

I went to this school for two years. The students are great. Pioneer has a few good teachers that I would recommend, the rest either have their 10 year or just don't know how to teach. I gave this school 2 stars because their staff are HORIBBLE! if you're lucky enough for the staff to actually follo...

Pioneer high school has a good API score. Teachers are motivated and do a good job teaching. Parking drop off can be a problem in the morning as the drop off lanes get clogged by drivers who park on the Blossom Hill Rd curb infront of the entrance, this makes getting out a problem. Pioneer has a gre...
