I've been in YMHS since I was in seventh grade. I am now a senior, and I can say that being in this school has definitely been an experience. The academics part of the school can be quite tough at times. However, I think that this is a good thing so that we can all be prepared for college. This is especially seen with the IB program. The best part of my high school experience are all of the fun activities that the school has. I think that this lets us have fun apart from all the hard work that we do academically. I would like to see a change in the safety. There have been multiple instances where I think that the safety is breached.

My overall experience with Yonkers middle high school has been amazing, well minus some issues. Such as the staff not being able to control the middle schoolers and letting them go wild. I also don't like how they make us wait 10 minutes before opening the bathroom and sometimes not even opening the girls bathroom at all. While the boys bathroom is always open.

Yonkers Middle High School was a fun and educational experience for me. There were some obstacles I had to face, some academic, some not, that i was able to surpass. Overall, i enjoyed my experience because my time there made me grow as a person.

Great school! I'm in the IB Diploma Program and the only downsides I can think of is they give a lot of work but work that will help you for college. However it desperately needs more funding as a minority school the state does not give much aid and as a result we sometimes have to cut corners, yet...

Yonkers high school is one of the best high schools ever known . we have teachers who care and are with us till the end of school . The teachers work hard as well as the students. the school works together as one . with band,sports,art and more we are all proud to be bulldogs.
