freshly remodeled. very peaceful in a low crime area. great view of mountain from porch/yard. perfect for a bachelor or couple. i spent alot of time and money to make this apartment energy efficient to save on utility bills. i always stay in my apartments when remodeling them so that i fix any problem before i rent to anyone else. very clean with new paint. lawn mowing already paid for
