To access your leads and your analytics report after purchasing, users will be provisioned an account.

As part of your community boost, we now include a Matterport 3D Tour for up to 3 floorplans or indoor community amenities (fitness center, indoor pool, clubhouse, etc.) in eligible markets. We are continuing to expand our markets with media availability and alert you as we add more coverage.

Homes.com Community Boost maximizes exposure for your community available move-in ready homes and plans by sorting it higher on search. Boosted communities also include a media package creating a richer, more engaging listing for buyers. By comparison, a free basic listing still is available to the 100*** million people searching our Homes.com network, but sorts lower compared to communities. Basic listings will still have visibility to all their leads and listing analytics reports.

Homes.com does not limit of impressions for your community. In fact, we ensure each community you boost will get visibility in the new home search, while three of your move-in ready homes or plans at each community will always sort higher in the For Sale search. Your community will also get priority on relevant neighborhood and school pages and be seen repeatedly by high-intent buyers through retargeting display ads.

You can list any new construction homes that are part of a builder-offered community. This includes single-family homes, condominiums, townhomes, co-ops, and manufactured homes.

Leads are sent to the email address assigned to each community. If preferred, leads can also be delivered via SFTP as an XML file.

Builders will be able to log in to Homes.com using a builder-provisioned account. From there, you'll have access to a personalized dashboard where you can track how your listings are performing, including views, favorites, saves, and leads. You’ll also be able to engage directly with interested buyers and grow your online reputation.
