Bordered by farmlands and winding rivers and creeks, Reynolds Heights is a rural community between Greenville and the Shenango River Reservoir. Once known for its thriving industrial park, today it's primarily a bedroom community for professionals interested in living a simpler life after working in surrounding metro areas like Pittsburgh or Youngstown. “It’s an extremely rural, small town,” says Marissa Foster, an agent with Keller Williams Realty. “People come here to be close enough to get to the city but far enough away to lead a slower-paced lifestyle with smaller schools and lower taxes.” Laid out in blocks that stretch from 10th to 26th streets, residential zones begin just south of the Reynolds Industrial Park. Most lots are long rectangles of half an acre or more, and mature maple and pine trees line the streets. Most residences are midcentury-era Cape Cods, split levels and ranch-style homes ranging from the low $100,000s to the mid-$200,000s. “The age means that it’s harder to find houses with more than one bathroom,” says Foster. “So when something more modern goes on sale, it gets picked up quick.” The northeastern side of Reynolds Heights has some 21st-century homes
