Paramount Miami Worldcenter is the signature tower in the recently re-developed Miami Worldcenter complex, a walkable mixed-use community set on 27 acres in the city’s Park West neighborhood, just north of Downtown Miami. Built in 2019, the 60-story curvilinear glass building has more than 500 residences, from pieds-a-terre to penthouses, that offer outdoor living rooms, gourmet kitchens and private elevator access. The amenity-laden tower stands out at night with its Skydeck Crown, a 300-foot-wide by 700-foot-tall LED display that lights up the city skyline for holidays, sports games and other events.
Open floor plans with Atlantic Ocean views
Residences at Paramount range from one-bedroom units priced at $700,000 to three-bedroom residences that start around $1.5 million. Each unit has 10-foot ceilings and an open layout leading to a balcony or terrace overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and Miami skyline. Gourmet kitchens offer waterfall islands, Bosch and Sub Zero appliances and marble backsplashes. Three-bedroom units also have lock-out suites with separate entrances, allowing privacy for guests or family. On the upper end, there are four, two-story villas—priced around $4.5 million—and a penthouse collection starting on the 47th floor. Penthouses can cost as much as $9.35 million for a five-bedroom duplex with more than 6,000 square feet of space.
Poolside bungalows, butler service and boxing classes
The list of Paramount’s amenities is long, starting from the swanky lobby with a 24-hour attendant on up to the rooftop Sky Deck and Lounge. In between, there are seven floors of wellness, entertainment and business amenities, from a salon and spa to boxing and yoga studios. On the 4-acre upper deck, residents will find a huge pool, poolside bungalows with butler service, a jogging path and a dog run, as well as a soccer field and tennis courts. Daily programming is organized by the building, and a concierge is on hand to help get groceries, reservations or tickets to a game. Paramount also offers valet parking, with garages located below the tower.
Miami Worldcenter is designed for walkability
Miami Worldcenter is a $6 billion project that’s been nearly two decades in the making. It’s the second-largest ongoing redevelopment site in the U.S., second only to Manhattan’s Hudson Yards. Unlike much of Miami, the area has extra-wide sidewalks and pedestrian plazas to promote foot traffic. Its open-air Miami Worldcenter Mall offers shopping and dining, including El Vecino Cigar and Cocktail Bar and Brasserie Laurel from Michelin-starred chef Michael Beltran. A Stop n Shop and a Whole Foods are about a mile south. The Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts; the Kaseya Center, home of the Miami Heat basketball team; and the Perez Art Museum Miami—plus parks, playgrounds and piers along scenic Biscayne Bay—are all within about a half a mile of the Paramount.
A central downtown location near public transportation
A Metromover light rail station is right outside the building, providing quick connections to the area’s Metrorail and Tri-Rail networks. The Brightline, a high-speed train with service to Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach, is about an eight-minute walk away, while Miami International Airport is less than 6 miles away, while South Beach is about 5 miles away over the MacArthur Causeway.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
