Known as “The Home of Good Neighbors,” Grandmont features a strong community spirit with an active association, annual events, and a monthly newsletter, The Grandmonitor. The area is undergoing revitalization, with the Grandmont Rosedale Development Corporation rehabilitating vacant buildings to provide affordable housing.
