Stretching out without giving up access
Spring Mesa is just far enough away from and above Denver to give residents a little more space as well as panoramic sights of the Flatirons and downtown. “Compared to other neighborhoods nearby, you get bigger lots and better views,” says Mara Orchard, Broker Associate with Keller Williams Avenues Realty and longtime resident of the area. "That alone draws people in from the city, and you see more and more people looking to make that move." She says with a peaceful atmosphere, outdoor recreation all around and wide open spaces, all while remaining close to major city centers, Spring Mesa offers that rare trifecta of suburban, rural and urban living. "The seclusion and the space are what make the area such a destination," says Orchard. "You get a genuine break from the city without giving up access to it, and that's something that's hard to find."
