Residential community north of Aurora
Situated at the elbow of two merging main roads, Interstate 70 and East Colfax Avenue, Tower Triangle is a northeastern suburb of Aurora that’s coveted for its convenience and proximity to employment opportunities and city amenities. “It’s a very tiny subdivision, but you’re a stone's throw from Denver,” says Jason Sirois, a broker associate with Compass. “Being that close to I-70, you also have easy access to the airport and can go west to get out to the mountains very easily.” Residents can live comfortably in spacious homes that are minutes away from commercial spaces and community parks.

Suburban streets lined with single-family homes
Tower Triangle is a mixed bag of housing types that sit along winding neighborhood streets. Ranch-style homes and split levels are the most popular, with manicured lawns, attached garages and driveways. These properties can vary from 1,000 to 2,000 square feet and cost anywhere between $350,000 and $500,000. “It’s a good entry-level price point for the Denver metro area, so there’s a steady flow of people buying and renting,” Sirois explains. Many of the split levels have brightly colored exteriors painted in pastel, while the ranchers keep to neutral tones. Modern two-story houses with contemporary architecture are popping up in the neighborhood, featuring stone facades and pointed roofs. These properties are larger, with roughly 2,200 to 4,000 square feet for $560,000 to $900,000. Residents who want something a little less expensive can find modern Craftsman townhouses for roughly $325,000.
