Small suburb next to Herring Run Park

Belair-Parkside is a small community with narrow, residential streets tucked between Herring Run Park and Arcadia. “I grew up on Parkside Drive, and my favorite part of the neighborhood is definitely Herring Run Park,” says Darnell Harris, a Realtor with Exp Realty who has been selling homes in the area for over seven years. “I grew up running through the woods, catching fish and just being a kid. The park adds great value to that area, and the home value has gone up tremendously over the years.” Located in Northeast Baltimore, the community offers comfortable suburban living less than 5 miles north of downtown and about 3 miles from John Hopkins Hospital.
