Beeville is a southcentral Texas city where residents gather under Friday night lights to cheer on the high school football team. It is situated between San Antonio and Corpus Christi and home to three prisons operated by the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, the town's top employer. Many residents also work in education for Coastal Bend College or the local school district, and at Christus Spohn Hospital and Walmart. The population of 13,211 has remained fairly consistent over three decades, increasing just 2% since 2010 but dipping 6% from 2020 to 2023.
Lifelong resident and local Realtor Alexandra Reason, who has sold homes for Banker Pacesetter Steel Realtors for 12 years, says newcomers enjoy the city's neighborly spirit. "Everybody tries to chip in and help if something goes wrong, like that freeze [we had] a few years ago," she says, referring to an extreme cold front in 2021. "There were people in town helping each other get plumbing supplies. It's just a friendly place to live."

Reason says there are more places for youth to hang out than when she was young, like CC's Juice Smoothie Coffee Bar and the 1950s-themed BeeHop Yogurt Hive, which "looks like the diner in 'Grease'." The cowboy spirit during Western Week

A native Texan moved to George West from San Antonio where her primary training has been in medicine she always knew that strong desire to help people would serve her well in future endeavors. Throughout her life she discovered her passion for interior design, home improvement, Texas landscape, Texas history and South Texas culture so the move to Live Oak County was a natural fit. Cindi and her husband Alan purchased some acreage here and started to build their dream home. With a labor of love Sage Hill Ranch was established. They have longhorn cattle, dogs, ducks and chickens and loving every minute of luxury country living. It is with encouragement from her husband and family Cindi entered into a career in Real Estate eager to continue her love of helping people and her genuine love of Texas Brush Country. She quickly immersed herself into the community joining several organizations where she is a part of Unify to Beautify and Brush Country Cattlewomen association. Grateful for this amazing community’s response to her, she welcomes you and says “You’re not just a client- you’re my neighbor. I’m here to help.”
