Home to about 10,500 people, the small city offers prices below the average for St. Louis County. “There are some that are over $150,000 to $250,000 over on Bellefontaine Road,” says Phil Young of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, an agent with several sales in the area. “But the majority are lower priced, and that’s what attracts people.”
