You can build what you want where you want. If you want to have horses or cows you can do that.”

They know their neighbors and their neighbors know them.”

Home to the Hornets, the high school boasts a state championship-winning football team. “The schools are excellent,” Fleming says. “There’s a very high demand for the schools.”
