Moments from downtown excitement
East Birmingham, once covered with dairy farms, has transformed into a neighborhood of working-class housing. Several railroad lines, along Village Creek and Interstates 20 and 59, cut through the area. Today, East Birmingham is not just a neighborhood; it's a gateway to the cultural hub of Downtown Birmingham. "It's a great place to live and experience the culture and creativity of Birmingham," says Sabrina Rose, a Realtor with eXp Realty, LLC Central. "It's what sets us apart." Another highlight is the neighborhood's proximity to the medical district, ensuring resident health needs are always within reach.
