Cul-de-sacs, lakes and preserved forests
Bloomingdale is a New Jersey suburb where residential streets and cul-de-sacs weave through a collection of lakes and preserved forests. With access to major thoroughfares like the Jersey Turnpike, the community attracts homebuyers looking to stay close to the Big Apple while embracing scenic living among some of Passaic County’s biggest natural attractions. “You have beautiful tree-lined residential streets and family businesses along Main Street, but you can also get on 287 from pretty much anywhere in town,” says Jennifer Ellis, Broker Associate for Coldwell Banker Realty, and a local resident who’s been selling homes in the area for over 20 years.
