Luxury gated community with state-of-the-art amenities
Bocaire Country Club's appeal lies in its exclusivity and luxury amenities. The gated Palm Beach County community offers 238 custom-built estates and a resident-only resort-style club. Set on 300 acres of rolling greens dotted with lakes, the homes here start around $1.5 million and can easily go for twice that amount. “It’s one of the best golf communities in all of Boca, and south Broward, honestly,” says Brianna Lombardo, a Realtor with Korman Realty. “The layout is beautiful.”

Pristine greens and social events at Bocaire Country Club
The community is centered around its 18-hole golf course, which was redesigned by Kipp Schulties in 2018 at a cost of $8 million. Beyond golf, the club has a fitness center, outdoor pool, spa, tennis courts and playground. Indoor and outdoor dining is offered and there are also special themed dinners. Social events are a big part of membership as well, which is limited only to residents. “It also has a ‘one up, two down’ membership where your parents and children can also be members once you’re a member, which is rare,” Lombardo says.
Beautiful green surroundings and pristine streetscape are a must in Bocaire.

The neighborhood’s manicured landscaping and palm tree-lined streets are maintained by the homeowners association, whose fees run around $6,700 a year.
