Classic Old Florida charm in East Boca
Mature palm trees and 1960s-era ranch homes line the quiet, residential roads in Camino Gardens, which feels like a step back in time to what some call “Old Florida.” The neighborhood’s spacious homes and location a few miles from Downtown Boca Raton and the oceanfront make it a coveted community on Boca’s east side. “It’s a unique community because of its appearance, homes are a little more uniform and you don’t see that in too many neighborhoods around here,” says Joseph Rey, a Realtor with Keller Williams Realty Services and longtime Boca resident who has over 30 years of real estate experience.

Classic 60s era ranch homes
Camino Gardens was initially developed in the 1960s in the heart of Boca Raton’s intracoastal waterway. Some homes are along the waterway and offer boat owners a private docking space. Home prices typically range between $900,000 and $1.7 million.
