“One of the finest country clubs in Florida”
Named after one of the oldest and most famous golf clubs in the world, Boca Raton’s Saint Andrews Country Club lives up to the prestige. Its grand, gated entryway features an arched stone fountain, paying homage to the historic Scottish architecture of the world's oldest course. The neighborhood’s main road, Claridge Oval, is lined by sidewalks and royal palm trees. Off streets feature mature queen palms and live oaks. The master-planned community recently celebrated its 40th anniversary, and the first generation of kids raised in the neighborhood are moving back home, says longtime resident John Poletto, a Realtor with One Sotheby’s International Realty. “I raised my kids in Saint Andrews. They were involved in a friendly and tremendously active community all their lives. We now have a second generation buying here and for a good reason. From a social and recreational standpoint, Saint Andrews is one of the finest country clubs in Florida, if not the country.”
St. Andrews Country Club has several tennis and sport fields to chose from.

Custom Spanish Revivals and contemporary houses
Every home in Saint Andrews Country Club sits on a golf course, a lake or both. “Not a single home doesn’t have a beautiful view,” Poletto says. Development began in the early 1980s with grand custom-built Spanish Revivals. These elegant single- and two-story properties often feature stucco siding, doorway arches and columns. After 2000, homes took on a more contemporary aesthetic. Some older houses have been renovated into modern versions of the Spanish eclectic style; new builds fully display contemporary and streamlined designs with features like floor-to-ceiling windows, flat roofs and minimalist exteriors. Generally, homes built before 2000 range from just under $2 million to around $5 million, while new properties cost between $4 million and just over $10 million. Club memberships are mandatory and exclusive to Saint Andrew's homeowners.

The View is a swanky bar and lounge with live entertainment on Friday and Saturday evenings. The Gallery stretches across several dining rooms, each featuring opulent modern art and fairway views. The Gallery’s culinary team keeps the flavor fresh by sourcing herbs from the terrace garden just outside. According to Poletto, the community’s Lakeside Grill is currently under construction. The eatery is estimated to open in mid-October 2025. More restaurants are nearby on Jog Road. There are local chains like Roboli Ristorante Italiano and upscale restaurants like Henry's.
