Recreational sports such as tennis and pickleball are popular, and the resort-style pool provides a nice spot to wind down. Palm trees are widespread, and lawns with lush Florida landscaping are prevalent. Around 60% of the residents are seasonal, but most own their properties. Luxury penthouses begin pricing for $1.5 million, while single-family residences range from $2 million to $15 million. Two new neighborhoods, Isola Bella and Fairgrove, have been under construction and are now available.
