Quantum Corporate Park's residential heart

Three townhouse communities sit at the north end of Quantum Corporate Park, a 550-acre commercial, residential and recreational swath bound together by the bends of the Lake Osborne Canal system and Interstate 95. "Quantum Park has a great location in the east area of Boynton Beach," says Realtor Jeffrey Creegan with RE/MAX, who grew up about 10 minutes from the neighborhood. "It's close to restaurants, shopping, and all the lifestyle Boynton Beach offers. It's a very peaceful place."

Quantum Park's palm-shaded community trifecta

"Homes in Quantum Park have a good price per square foot compared to other areas in Palm Beach," says Creegan. "They're large townhomes with open living spaces on the first floor and garages in a good community." Tropical foliage surrounds two to four-bedroom models in the Parkside Square and Parkside Village communities. Two-car driveways lead to these stucco-and-tile, Spanish Eclectic style properties. The card access-only Canterbury at Quantum Village community—which sits across the way on High Ridge Road—is both private and commercially-connected, with the Quantum Village shopping center in view from palm-shaded white balconies. Each community has sidewalks and a lively clubhouse area with a pool and playground. Townhouses in Quantum Park range from $375,000 to $450,000 across the board, with some two-bedroom options extending as low as $330,000.

Visiting the local eco-park

Quantum Corporate Park's local green space, the Thomas A. McGillicuddy Eco-Park, is just north of the community. Locals traverse the mile-long, sugar sand trail loop on foot or bike, past upland pine flatwoods and scrub palmettos. The park is a natural habitat for moorhens and endangered gopher tortoises. More nature preserves sit north of the Quantum Park communities, as well as High Ridge Country Club's exclusive, pristine greens. Finally, locals are a 4-to-6-mile drive from the Boynton shoreline.

South Florida nightlife and the Boynton Beach waterfront

Locals can peruse the nightlife options at Clematis Street to the north and Delray's Atlantic Avenue to the south. They enjoy watersports from fishing trips to jet skiing and scuba diving along Boynton Beach. Meanwhile, residents rev their engines for a fun night when they host private events at Museum 66, Boynton Beach's most extensive collection of museum-quality 1970s muscle cars.

Walking to Publix and perusing the Boynton Beach Mall

For errand runs, Quantum Park residents are within walking distance of their local shopping center. Quantum Village includes a Publix Super Market and plenty of options for picking up food or dining out. Visitors to K&L 98 HotPot—a local favorite—add their choice of meat, veggies and dumplings to an assortment of savory and spicy broths. Bramer's Brazilian Cuisine is another popular spot for lunch on the same strip that serves classic Brazilian recipes alongside pizzas, burgers, sandwiches and acai bowls. The Boynton Beach Mall is also blocks away along Congress Avenue.
