Resort-style community with lush landscaping and friendly vibe
Valencia Isles offers resort-style living in a guard-gated, 55-plus community with lush waterfront landscaping, a newly renovated clubhouse, and an inviting community. “The people are very warm and welcoming,” says Carlyn Hass, a Realtor with the Hass Group of the Keyes Company who has lived in Valencia Isles for 11 years. “There are also beautiful tree-lined walking paths. When you move into a new community, it takes 10 to 15 years for trees to grow. Here, there’s just a beautiful vista all around.” Streets in Valencia Isles wind around glittering lakes and ponds. The main lake is lake a starburst that just waterways throughout the community. “With the lakes and landscaping, we see lots of wildlife, all kinds of ducks, all kinds of ibis – I don’t even know the names of all the birds we see,” says Hass. With so much to see outdoors, the residents of Valencia Isles frequently pass each other while biking, walking their dogs or simply soaking up the South Florida sun.
Waterfront Mediterranean-style homes
Mediterranean-inspired New Traditional and ranch homes dominate the streetscape in Valencia Isles, with stucco siding, barrel roof tiles and arches incorporated into the design. Other standard features include driveways and two-car garages. Spacious sidewalks flank meticulously maintained lawns that feature palm trees and vibrant gardens. Three-bedroom options typically range from $500,000 to $900,000, though a few are priced around $460,000. A larger four-bedroom home can exceed the $1 million mark. The neighborhood’s homeowners association fees start around $500 and can climb to $800. Those costs cover landscaping, high-speed internet, a $350 credit to the community restaurant, a fresh repaint every five years and more.
Enchanting lake views await at Valencia Isles' scenic paradise.

Recently renovated clubhouse and tennis courts on-site

There’s a heated swimming pool, a hot tub, a fitness center, card rooms, a ballroom, an arts and crafts studio and The Bistro. Neighbors will likely run into each other at the neighborhood’s Sports Park, too, where they can play a game of tennis and pickleball or take lessons from the on-site pros. Golf enthusiasts will enjoy the proximity to Indian Spring Country Club, which borders Valencia Isles’ eastern end. The clubhouse is about 2 miles from the neighborhood, and there are two 18-hole courses available to play. Dozens of clubs offer community connection
There’s rarely a day in Valencia Isles when some sort of class or group get-together isn’t offered. "We have about 50 to 75 clubs, and you can start a club if you don't see something you're interested in. Though I can't imagine not finding anything to join,” says Hass. Men’s and women’s golf clubs meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays, along with a billiard club and Tai Chi club. The ping pong club meets daily, and throughout the rest of the week, there are plenty of other activities, including aerobics classes, water volleyball and happy hours.
Community restaurant with table service
The Bistro serves as the community restaurant with table service and an expansive menu. “There’s indoor and patio seating,” Hass says. “It’s open for breakfast and lunch. You can get anything from omelets and pancakes to fabulous salads and sandwiches. For dinner, there are takeout entrees like stuffed cabbage, turkey and all kinds of soups.” Valencia Isles is also close to commercial areas, like the Shoppes on Woolbright, which houses a Publix for grocery needs. The small shopping complex also has patio cafes, like Dune Deck’s and Jax Bistro, where locals can get together for an outdoor brunch. Larger shopping options are 6 miles east in Boynton Town Center and Boynton Beach Mall, which features chains like Target, Barnes & Noble, and Macy’s, along with a movie theater.
