Suburban living minutes from downtown Bryan
Across Highway 6 from downtown Bryan, Austins Colony is a short distance from the city but with a slower pace and a more suburban feel than its neighbors. The small subdivision put up its first house in 1994 and it's still growing. “It’s definitely a steady community, without much turnover,” says Mike Green, a Realtor with Keller Williams Brazos Valley who has lived in the College Station area for over 25 years. “It’s surrounded by trees, so there’s definitely a buffer from Highway 6 and downtown areas of Bryan.”
The neighborhood is known for its brick and stone exteriors.
