Residential comforts in emerging Midtown Bryan
Country Club Estates is right in the heart of Bryan’s promising Midtown corridor, giving its residents a suburban atmosphere just minutes away from outdoor fun, local shops and restaurants. Bryan's Midtown area is just south of Downtown, and stretches all the way to Texas A&M University. The city has shown vested interest in building the area to be an attraction for visitors and residents alike, and Country Club Estates is right in the middle of that growth. “Location-wise, it’s great because it’s pretty close to the Texas A&M University campus, and it’s in the new Midtown section that the city has just developed. It’s right across the street from numerous wonderful things in the area,” says Sarah Norman, a Realtor with Legacy Realty Group with over 40 years of experience in the Bryan and College Station area.

The park is much more than its outdoor amenities, as it has several facilities, including a Bigshots Golf driving range with an 18-hole putting course and the Legends Event Center, which hosts basketball and volleyball tournaments, among many other events.

Traditional and midcentury brick homes are common, and house prices typically range between $250,000 and $350,000. Newly built homes can be priced between $400,000 and $500,000. “The homes sell pretty quickly when they do come on the market because it’s so centrally located to Bryan and College Station.”
