South Buffalo Grove's schools and parks within walking distance

South Buffalo Grove might seem like just the southern side of Buffalo Grove, but residents on this side of the community can enjoy access to neighborhood parks and local restaurants. “South Buffalo Grove has a little more commercial development than the northern areas,” says Realtor Jamie Hering with Coldwell Banker. “And its an established neighborhood with great parks.” Many of the amenities in South Buffalo Grove are within walking distance, from the parks to the grocery store and the schools. Still, South Buffalo Grove’s winding streets don’t feel like living in the city, with quiet residential streets separated from the commercial and recreational amenities.
