Two-story bungalows and ranch-style single-family homes dominate the neighborhood, with some colonial influence seen in classic central entryways and symmetrical accents. Homes range in price between $100,000 to $220,000 on average. "Homes in Perry are one of the few bargains you can still get,” says Fink. “House prices are low, taxes are low— you can get a really nice house for under $300,000 in this area.”

Public transportation is limited, but the Stark Area Regional Transit Authority operates a loop with stops in Canton, Perry Township and Massillon. Reedurban is somewhat walkable, with sidewalks on a handful of residential streets. However, the general area is considered car-dependent, and commuters can take State Route 172 east toward Canton or west toward Massillon. Using US Route 77, a trip to the Akron-Canton Airport is about a 12-mile drive.

To the east of Reedurban Interstate 77 offers access to cities to the north and south.
