Unique architecture seated near Historic Downtown Carrolton
Just a short drive from popular local and chain restaurants and community parks, Carrollton Highlands is a quirky neighborhood in a prime DFW location. With a variety of architectural home styles, this leafy neighborhood is anything but cookie-cutter. "It's one of a kind in that it was developed by custom builders, so you will see unique houses one after another," says local Realtor Michael Song of Texas Legacy Realty. "It's a lot of newer developments in northern Dallas, you won't see any houses like this at all.” The community sits right beside Historic Downtown Carrolton, illuminated by small community events, local restaurants and breweries. The City of Carrolton celebrates downtown’s unique culture with a series of bronze “critters”. Crosby the Bee, Perry the Mouse and Webb the Frog are just some of the small statues locals can find walking down Broadway and Main Street. All of the shopping and upscale dining of Legacy and Frisco is just a little way north, and Lewisville and Grapevine Lakes are only 16 miles away.
