Montibello’s luxury homes sell quickly

The peaceful suburban community of Montibello is furnished with grand golf course homes with elongated arched entries, sloping gambrel roofs and richly textured facades. Montibello's towering estates settle on velvety valleys behind rounded drives. The housing market is competitive in this south Charlotte locale, and the average sale price currently hovers around $1.2 million. "We are seeing home values continue to rise here," Patton says. Montibello touts a “low crime” score of two out of 10, according to the CAP Index. For perspective, the nation’s average crime score is four.

We recently had a shooting in North Lake mall so that creates some concern for citizen safety. It was instigated by gang violence. It all just depends on which part of town you are in. However, the police are generally good here
