Urban access suburban style

Located just 11 miles southeast of Charlotte’s bustling Uptown, Oxford Hunt is right in the thick of an urban area—yet manages to retain a more secluded, cozier feel to it. “The neighborhood has a very ‘homey’ feel to it,” says Peggy Peterson, broker and Realtor with Corcoran HM Properties. “There’s a somewhat suburban atmosphere, just with great access to the rest of Charlotte as well.” With its tucked away nature, despite the urban amenities it finds itself close to, Oxford Hunt is an appealing option for those that want to be a part of a metropolitan area but also a cozy, close-knit community.
