Properties here include Cape Cods, ranch styles, bi-levels, Colonial Revivals and raised ranches. Many homes list between $500,000 and $1 million. Yards are usually well-kept and spacious, varying from quarter-acre to over 2 acres in size. “The entire town of Chelmsford is in demand, and some properties rack up more than 10 offers,” says Chinatti Realty Team Leader Lisa Chinatti, who has sold homes in the county for a decade. “Chelmsford is still an insanely hot market.”
