Wellborn Road and getting around College Station

Traveling to the central areas of College Station is as easy as hopping on Wellborn Road or taking the William D Fitch Parkway to State Highway 6. “Most people that live here either work here or work remotely. Some people drive to Houston, but I’d say it’s a small percentage,” Schultz says. Residents have an easy route to Texas A&M through Wellborn Road, and Highway 6 provides a straight path to Bryan, set 12 miles away. Houston is 92 miles away, and proximity to Easterwood Airport allows for commercial travel throughout the state.
