Craftsman homes in 2005 developments
Most homes in Bridgeview are located in The Village at Stone Cliff, a neighborhood with a homeowners’ association. Built around 2005, Craftsman houses with front porches line streets with narrow, single-person sidewalks. Yards are more open, with young trees sitting close to the sidewalks. Garages are located at the backs of the houses and are accessible through side streets off the main corridors so that all homes look uniform from the front. Potential buyers can also find siding ranch and bungalow homes built in the 1950s located off Sunbury Road and Dawnlight Avenue. “Our average in Ohio is around $315,000,” says Realtor Thomas Hamrick, with Keller Williams Consultants Realty. He's also a longtime Columbus resident. “But you can still get homes here in the mid-200,000 range.” The Craftsman homes in Bridgeview list for around $280,000, while ranch homes might average closer to $150,000.
