A neighborhood rife with industrial space

Vassor Village is an architectural artifact of the early 20th century. Residents live within walking distance of local and chain restaurants. The neighborhood’s location in relation to other neighborhoods also makes it a draw. “The neighborhood is just a little bit south of German Village and Merion Village, but prices are better,” says Realtor Don Payne, who sells houses in the neighborhood with Vision Realty. Commuters appreciate being within 3-½ miles of Downtown Columbus. Residents can also walk to the neighborhood’s community center and swimming pool. “Vassor Village combines affordability, historic character, and community amenities, which makes it an appealing choice for homebuyers,” says Realtor Remington Lyman, who sells houses in the neighborhood with Reafco. Vassor Village is primarily industrial. It includes businesses like ITC Manufacturing, Cinco Electronic Recycling, Salinas Granite and Consolidated Container Group.
